MUBI FEST: PRESSURE

Celebrate 50 years of Black British cinema with a panel discussion and special screening of the film that began it all, Horace Ové’s **PRESSURE**; dubbed the first Black British feature length film in post-war Britain. Set in 1970’s Notting Hill, his debut tells the story of Tony, a bright school-leaver, son of West Indian immigrants, who finds himself torn between his parents' church-going conformity and his brother's Black Power militancy. *MUBI FEST comes to London November 13-15. Great cinema, exclusive talks, live music, and more.*
