MUBI FEST: THE MYSTERIOUS GAZE OF THE FLAMINGO + Q&A

A rare opportunity to see Diego Céspedes’s luminous debut feature, **THE MYSTERIOUS GAZE OF THE FLAMINGO**, on the big screen – winner of Un Certain Regard at Cannes 2025. Preceded by a Q&A with Diego Céspedes. A MUBI Release. Set in a small mining town in 1980s Northern Chile, this gorgeous work of queer magical realism unfolds through the eyes of Lidia, an eleven-year-old girl lovingly raised in a found family of trans women and performers. When a mysterious illness sparks paranoia and hostility, Lidia sets out in search of the truth. *MUBI FEST comes to London November 13-15. Great cinema, exclusive talks, live music, and more.*
